Device Eligibility

We buy higher-end device models from any brand whose price when new is above AED 500. We do not buy lower-end models. This is an eligibility rule, not a minimum buyback offer.

Damage and Account Locks

We buy eligible devices with cracked screens, water damage, broken back covers or damaged bodies. We do not buy iCloud-locked or Google-locked devices.

Dead devices are accepted only if they work after the required part replacement. If the device still does not work, we return it free of charge.

Free Pickup and Cancellation

Pickup is free in every area of Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. If you cancel or reject the final offer after inspection, there are no pickup, inspection, cancellation or return charges.

Consoles and Accessories

We buy PS5 consoles and PS5 controllers. We do not buy other gaming consoles, or chargers and cables on their own.
